Ah, it's been so busy lately!
Just a simple background this time, I think it fits well~
The boxes are slight off - shape wise - and I'm sure how I feel about the feet, but otherwise I'm happy.
I know people say you shouldn't use pure black/grey/white for shading, but I just wanted to try a little with it this once just to see what it looked like.
Personally I don't think it looks too bad.
Haven't drawn this character in a little while, so I thought this pose practice session would be a good time to draw her! Feels good.
What do you think of the background? Too plain?
How does the shading look to you?

Despite it's one of your older works, it looks pretty nice to me. I don't think the background is too plain, plus it wasn't your main focus here. Both the shading - which isn't sharp to the point it would be bothering to the viewer - and her pose turned out quite decently, though I must agree with you that the boxes are a bit odd shape wise, though it all just depends on the angle actually. Concerning their contents, hmmm...maybe either plushies, books, or prank tools for future mischiefs to commit (like in that old videogame called Neighbours From Hell 1 and 2). But who knows, it can be everything, even a bunch of colourful kittens or cupcakes. x3
