Blue

More practice!

Though I can't decide if this looks more like the night sky or under the ocean...
If it works as a night sky I'll absolutely add the moon and maybe some stars and/or clouds in there.
If it's under water... maybe some silhouetted schools of fish?

What do you think?
Ocean or sky? (And why, please. Is there anything about the layout of the colours that makes it more clearly one than the other?)
Or something else?
