2015 feedback first footprints learning ms paint please practice reindeer snow snowing trees

My first upload of 2015!

I would like to really improve my art this year, so I've been playing around and learning new things. I'm fairly happy with how this turned out!

That is honestly the only pose I'm confident drawing reindeer in, so I'd like to play around with varying poses later.
The trees were an experiment, I don't know how I feel about them yet.
I'm a little worried some of the snow might be a bit distracting.

Let me know what you think! Feedback is always very helpful, I'll need your support if I'm going to get better.

Seeing the comparison between the very first piece you submitted to this challenge and your latest one amazes me, you imporved a lot! Even your first image was neat, but then you started to play with lightning, adding more reindeer, giving it more detail, and it turned better and better with every single piece!
